Tis’ the Season! Relish’s New Festive Menus and Offerings

Believe in the magic of Christmas…and Relish! It’s that time of the year again when we are counting down the days until Christmas – so to get everyone all the more excited, Relish’s new Festive Menus are now all yours!
For every festive party you want to host, Relish will bring the sparkle and pizzazz you’re looking for with many new twists to our old holiday classics. While we’ve kept our popular Turkey Timbale with Cranberry Gel in our festive canapés selection, we added a Micuit Foie Gras and Pain d’Epice Sandwich with Pear and Cranberry Relish, a Lamb and Kumara Yorkshire Pudding with Green Sauce, or for something sweet, a Pavlova with Bailey’s Cream (among many others).
If you want to throw a generous and hearty family-style meal, our favourites include our Bacon Wrapped Turkey Roll with Sage and Onion Stuffing, Cranberry and Pistachio Crumble, and Festive Relish, or our new Caramelised Onion Tatin with Goat’s Cheese, Pecans, Walnuts, and Watercress. Don’t worry, we’ve also kept our Whole Suckling Pig for those who want a more show-stopping display.
Our elaborate fine dining menu also got a Christmas upgrade with a Jasmine Tea Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Mascarpone and Watercress, our Beef Wellington with Mash Potato, Charred Broccoli, and Mulled Wine Jus, or how about our stunningly decorated Raspberry Choux with Pistachio and Vanilla Cream.
Relish has always been “concept to completion” so don’t think we’ve missed out on all the other things that make a Christmas party a Christmas party! Complete your event with us with some festive decorations, floral arrangements, candle displays, or anything else you dream of! The Relish team does it all.
We even have some venue spaces for you to choose from! Our Relish Wong Chuk Hang indoor and rooftop space is the perfect place to host your event away from the craziness of the city centre. Or if you want to embrace the crazy, our new intimate venues at the historical Fringe Club in the heart of Central could just be your cup of tea (or eggnog since it’s Christmas)!
