Get ready to step into a world of winter delights as we count down the days to the fresh smell of balsam trees, roasted chestnuts on the street, and Santa’s ho-ho-ho echoing in the night. Our gift to you – our newest selection of festive treats, classic roasts, and our typical Relish twists!
We had to bring back our Favourite Bacon Wrapped Turkey Roll with Sage and Onion Stuffing, Cranberry and Pistachio Crumble, and Festive Relish but with some new little elves around with it! Try our Crispy Pork Belly with Braised Apple Cider Sauce, our Spiced Roast Goose, our Cider Braised Cabbage Wedges, or our Poached Pear Cardamom Cakes for a cozy, warm family-style feast with your friends and family.
Alternatively, if you’re looking to dazzle like the Sugar Plum Fairy, our winter canapés will do just that. Think Duck Liver with Cassis Gel and Brioche, a French Onion Soup Shot with Parmesan Tuile, or a miniature Beef Wellington to sum up Christmas in one bite.
If you’re looking to become the ultimate party host and do a full three-course dinner with the table decorated with candles, flowers, Christmas crackers, and shiny baubles – we come prepared! From a Lobster Bisque with Lobster Tail Medallions, a Fried Burrata with Balsamic Tomatoes and Basil, to a Cod with White Wine and Tomato Sauce, a Mushroom Wellington (for our vegetarians), and an Eggnog Panna Cotta with Mulled Wine Figs to finish off, we know we how to do a Christmas party best!
