‘Tis the Season – Luxurious Festive Dining and Events by Relish

It’s time to deck the halls with boughs of holly, roast chestnuts by the open fire, and let Relish elevate your Christmas events to bring opulence and luxury no matter where you’re hosting.  With this season’s Relish festive classics and a few extra surprises for Santa, it’s time to unfold the velvet tablecloths, light the pine-scented candles, and soak in the Christmas magic in the air.

For a sophisticated canapés soirée, we’ve curated a menu that brings luxury and nostalgia to the forefront.  From a Turkey Timbale with Pear and Cranberry Relish and Pistachio to Crispy Pork Belly Bites with Spiced Apple Purée, or a Potato Mille-Feuille with Truffle Caviar, we take your comforting Christmas flavours and add our Relish flair (and a bit of gold leaf) on top.

Our luxurious family-style sharing plates gather everyone at the table to a bountiful festive feast of Roasted Butternut Squash with Crispy Maple Croutons and Cider Vinaigrette, our signature Glazed Australian Bone-in-Ham, piles of Waldorf Salad (Kale, Celery, Fresh Red Apples, Red Grapes, Walnuts, Crispy Turkey Bacon, and Dried Cranberries) and Crispy Hasselback Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary Butter.

Our (non)traditional Bacon Wrapped Turkey Roll paired with Braised Red Cabbage and Cranberry Sauce is back on our formal dining menu for this Christmas – also available whole this year for our Feste Group Christmas Day Drop-off sets on December 24th and 25th.  You’ll find a classic Beef Wellington or Vegan “Beet” Wellington also on the formal dining menu, along with a Lobster Tail with Beurre Blanc and Artichoke, or our Foie Gras with Beetroot Sauce and Figs.

With a warm mulled wine, festive mimosa, winter old-fashioned, or any of our free-flow drink packages, your guests will be well-fed, buzzing with Christmas cheer, and praising our winter wonderland decor all around your dining tables and venue.
