Experience Spring in Every Bite: Relish’s New Menu for a Blooming Easter Picnic

Herbaceous, zesty, ambrosial - Relish is very excited to announce the newest spring menu for our signature Relish Picnic, just in time for Easter!  Our chefs have taken inspiration from all the earthy treats and fresh produce of the season, focusing on conscious eating.  As a result, we’ve crafted new flavourful and fragrant dishes that let vegetables take centre stage.

Choose from some of our newest mains such as our Grilled Cabbage Steaks with Jalapeño Lentil Chimichurri and Maple Mustard Tahini, or our Artichoke, Basil Pesto, and Brie Tart (which are both vegetarian), among our classic signatures like our Grilled Rare Beef Tenderloin or Jasmine Tea Smoked Salmon.  We’ve also brought back a recipe from the vault (and a staff favourite) – our Smoked Fresh Cheese, Escalivada, and Tapenade Baguette Sandwich.

Our salads for the season embrace all the textural elements and pops of flavour from a Couscous Salad, Zucchini, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Chickpea, Feta, Pomegranate, and Mint Honey Dressing, to a Penne Salad with Arugula Pesto, Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato, and Grana Padano.  Or have a mini Mediterranean Assortment filled with Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Tzatziki, and bite-sized Koftas.

You always have to leave room for dessert.  Perhaps a Lemon Meringue Tart or a Coffee Cheesecake to satisfy your sweet tooth?  Not to worry, our signature picnic still comes with a COMPLIMENTARY cheese and charcuterie board with an entire bottle of wine.
